We continue to grow - IT Solutions becomes World Direct

Improved service offering and even greater customer proximity. We take over the company "IT-Solutions" from Innsbruck and continue to invest in the digital future.

For over 20 years, we have stood for outstanding technologies and excellent customer service. With the integration of "IT-Solutions", we are increasing our service quality and thus customer satisfaction even further.

The Innsbruck-based IT service company "IT-Solutions" has been part of World Direct since 1 April 2024. The integration is a strategic step towards tailoring our offering even more precisely to the specific requirements of our customers. Additional resources will improve our response times and expand the range of our services.

With the increased presence in Innsbruck and our existing locations in Vienna, Graz, Salzburg and Linz, we are creating a strong basis for offering reliable and high-performance IT services throughout Austria. In addition to concentrated know-how and IT expertise, our customers also benefit from the security of an A1 subsidiary with over 20 years of experience.

This merger is a strategic step to improve our service quality and to be even closer to our customers in Tyrol. We are not only expanding the team, but also strengthening our commitment to customer satisfaction and support.
