The increasingly rapid pace of digital development harbours enormous potential, but also presents us with major challenges. It is particularly important for our children to develop comprehensive digital skills as early as possible in order to be prepared for the challenges of the future. For many years, Coding4Kids has been making a decisive contribution to ensuring that children not only familiarise themselves with new technologies, but also understand them and can use them in their own projects.
Under the guidance of experienced experts, children learn the basics of coding during the one-week holiday course. With a large dose of fun and creativity, they use this knowledge to design, programme, test and publish complete video games in the "Scratch" programming environment.
This year, we are once again proud to support this initiative at our headquarters in Sistrans. So that the holiday feeling doesn't suffer, the course won't take place in a typical classroom environment, but in our Innovation Space, equipped with beanbags, indoor lawn and beach loungers - with encouraging glances from Marty McFly, R2-D2 and C-3PO from the walls.
As a trainer, I'm looking forward to another instalment of Coding4Kids in Sistrans. It's always impressive to see how young people develop and what can be achieved in just a few days. With smart ideas and a lot of team spirit, the kids can programme their first own games.

Impressions from last year
We have been involved as a venue for 3 years now and support children on the holiday course. You can find all the information in the detailed news article. This video provides a small insight into the sparkling joy and motivation at our campus.
